About this chart
Coins in The Walking Dead: Road to Survival are hard to come by and can sometimes be even harder to actually spend. The chart depicts different sets of opens that have appeared and how much they cost. I developed this chart to see when the most efficient use of my coins would be and decided to share it with all of you. The following is an explantion of each column.
- Opens - There are usually 3 options when opening premiere recruits. Open 1, Open 10, and a third option that often coincides with the number of opens needed to gain extra rewards. This third open changes all the time. It can be 30, 35, 40, or 45.
- Total Cost - This is the amount in coins that each corresponding open costs.
- Cost Per Open - This is the total cost in coins divided by the number of opens. This gives you the number of coins that each open in that set costs.
- Savings - This is total amount of coins saved by opening in bulk versus opening individually. For example, if you did an Open 10, This would be the difference in cost if you did an Open 1 ten times.
Tips
- Don't spend your coins on Open 1. Save up at least 2200 coins to open 10. You basically get a free open.
- Complete all your daily missions when the reward is coins.
- Don't spend your coins on skipping wait times.
- Don't spend your coins on Elite Character Opens, Elite Weapon Opens, or Basic Reward Opens.
- Don't spend your coins at the shop.
- You can be rewarded with coins by downloading and installing some apps from tapjoy but choose carefully and beware of adware.
- Be patient
